This Agreement outlines the terms under which you (“the Participant” or “Customer”) engage with and use the LGoP Mini-Series, offered by Equus Enlightened, a business operated by Anna Fox (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using this product, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the materials.

By enrolling in the Reconnect, Rebuild, and Ride with Heart – Queen Edition course (the “Course”), offered by Equus Enlightened LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Program Overview
The Reconnect, Rebuild, and Ride with Heart – Queen Edition is a premium coaching and education experience for equestrian women, designed to support your personal transformation and partnership with your horse. 2. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full or through the offered payment plan at the time of enrollment. By purchasing, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of your level of participation.

If you feel like after 15 days of going through this program it isn't for you, email us and we'll refund your money. No questions asked.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, audio, worksheets, exercises, downloads, and community posts, is the property of Equus Enlightened LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or exploit any materials for commercial purposes.
Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning and growth. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is prohibited.
4. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
This course is designed to support you in deepening your connection with your horse, developing feel, and building confidence. However, we make no guarantees about your individual results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, participation, mindset, and individual circumstances.
You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own physical and emotional safety during any exercises or activities.
You should always consider your horse’s safety and well-being and consult with a veterinarian or trainer if unsure.
This Course does not constitute therapy, veterinary advice, or a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional intervention.
5. Community Guidelines
As part of the Reconnect, Rebuild, and Ride with Heart, you may receive access to a private group community. You agree to participate respectfully and refrain from posting anything that is:
Discriminatory, harassing, or offensive
Spam, self-promotion, or solicitation
Harmful to the integrity of the group or its members
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.
6. Access Duration
Course access and materials are available for the lifetime of Equus Enlightened LLC on the Soul Soothing platform. Course content may be updated to reflect newer and more relevant materials as time progresses. Live call replays and community group access may be limited based on program structure.
We reserve the right to retire or update the course platform at our discretion with appropriate notice.
7. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify the Course structure, schedule, content, bonuses, or delivery method to better serve our participants. All changes will be made in good faith and with the intention of maintaining the integrity of the learning experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equus Enlightened LLC shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation in this Course. By enrolling, you waive any claims against us related to your use or misuse of the Course content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Cancellation Policy for Clinics
Cancellation is allowed until 2 weeks prior. Refunds will be given minus a $35 processing
fee and 10% payment service fee. Past the 2 week mark, refunds are not available.
In either case, you may find someone to replace you. Please notify us and the clinic host of any changes. If you are unable to find someone to replace you on your own, we may have a waiting list and will be glad to help. We cannot guarantee it, however. Replacements will need to reimburse you directly.
UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS
- If we need to cancel last minute for any reason (illness, emergency, extreme weather), the clinic
will be rescheduled and your payments applied to the future clinic.
- Extreme weather: we are "rain or shine" people, and we believe that there is no good or bad
weather, just appropriate (or not) equipment. If the weather is extreme enough to make it
dangerous for horses and humans, the clinic will be rescheduled.
